LOVE IT!!!!

As a NYC Pilates instructor, I’m very selective about props. The SQZ Ring has the perfect balance of resistance and comfort, feels high-quality, and delivers effective, controlled activation. Sleek, elevated, and totally worth it!

I'm a Pilates instructor and SQZ lets me plan the best at-home workouts! It's so versatile and the creator has been so helpful, educating me on the many ways to use the ring! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to add Pilates into your workout regimen!

I absolutely love!

This SQZ circle made my home workout so much fun and definitely added the challenge I needed.

As a studio owner, I truly love the SQZ Ring. We use it in the studio often, and it’s become one of those props we always come back to. Simple, supportive, and effective for all levels—it adds awareness, strength, and a little extra magic to the practice. A real favorite for me and our community.

I love using this ring for home workouts because it's so versatile! The quality is great, and it's now a staple in my workout routine.
