When I saw this ring is the smartest invention, I’m not over exaggerating. We recently implemented this ring in our studio, Springs Pilates X Strength and it has changed the game. All our clients have absolutely loved this ring, and leave the room raving about it. There are so many ways to use this ring, and it never fails to amaze me. Our instructors also love using SQZ because they have so much flexibility with how it is used, and it helps make the workouts more enjoyable and different. Bought these immediately when i saw the seller advertise them because she has had great dedication to her products and practice thus far! They came quickly in the mail and they are very comfy, i dont have a reformer to practice on but on mats and floor theyre very nice and sooo cute! I hope to maybe see them in pink or green someday haha

Perfect for pilates, these are my go-to socks in classes!! Material is soft, the grip is strong and the design is something I haven’t seen made before! Wish they came in black or chocolate brown <3
