SQZ was created by Anj, a NYC-based Pilates instructor who, after graduating her certification program in 2024, set out to find new ways to challenge her clients. When she searched “weighted magic circle,” she was shocked to find nothing on the market. That discovery sparked a year-long journey of product development, leading to the launch of SQZ in May 2025.
Fully bootstrapped, Anj got creative with funding and entered the Good Ol’ Girls x Shopify Pitch Competition in June 2025—taking home first place! Today, SQZ is in 9 studios nationwide and regularly pops up in collaboration with small businesses, studios, and instructors across the U.S.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
