When I saw this ring is the smartest invention, I’m not over exaggerating. We recently implemented this ring in our studio, Springs Pilates X Strength and it has changed the game. This tool is so versatile for at home workouts. You don’t even have to be an expert to use it. I usually watch mat Pilates videos and use SQZ instead of a normal magic circle, makes such a difference. I’m obsessed with this product.
